Meet the TEAM


Mary had been a successful REALTOR and consistent top producer for many years before Mike decided to follow in her footsteps. The mother-son duo formed a team partnership in 2002 while working for another real estate company in Stillwater. The “Two for the price of One” concept was so popular with both buyers and sellers the team decided to open their own real estate office.  “We couldn’t work harder so we decided to work smarter” thus the new MM Team, with Susan as manager, was created in May, 2004. The addition of Dennis and Jack round out the TEAM with each person bringing different strengths and goals to the organization.

 Mike Lauvetz

Mike brings a wealth of sales knowledge and experience to the TEAM. His outgoing personality and straight-forward approach have made him a valuable asset to MMT. He and wife, Stacey, have two beautiful children, Michael and Lindsey. 
   


Mary Davenport

Mary moved to Stillwater in 1974 and has been a top sales producer since entering the real estate world in 1993. Mother of three  children, Dr. Robert Lauvetz, Dr. Jennifer Lauvetz Enmeier and Mike Lauvetz  who are all graduates of Stillwater High School. Mary and husband, Lloyd enjoy spending time with their children and six grandchildren, traveling and golfing.
   


Dennis Cyr

Dennis is one of Stillwater’s top Realtors. He brings a 30+ year knowledge of Stillwater homes, schools, neighborhoods, builders, subcontractors, services, resources and PEOPLE plus lots of energy, ethics & enthusiasm to the TEAM. His beautiful wife, Elizabeth, teaches at Stillwater Middle School. They proudly serve the Stillwater community in many ways. Dennis & Elizabeth have four children.. 

   


Susan Turner

Susan, Office Manager, is the “paper-pusher” and resident computer “guru”. She has an accounting degree from Oklahoma State University and many years of office management experience PLUS she just became a licensed REALTOR®.  The TEAM list & sell the real estate, which is what they do best, and Susan takes care of all the rest!  After daughters, Kristi and Nikkole, graduated from school, Fred & Susan decided to move to the country and become ranchers (and 1st time grandparents).    
   

 

Connie Stokes 

Connie is a native Oklahoman and a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University with a degree in Accounting. She is married to Brett, who is a teacher, coach and also a Realtor.  They are blessed with 4 incredible children, Brooke, McKinsey, Macy & John Bryan.  Connie has been selling real estate since 2003.  Her favorite part is helping people make one of the greatest investments of their lives and becoming friends throughout the process.  Connie enjoys watching and helping with her children’s many activities

   

 

Delphine Heppel

We are thrilled to welcome Delphine Heppel to the TEAM.  Delphine & husband, Darrel, have lived & been involved in the Stillwater community for over 40 years.  They have 2 daughters, both SHS grads, and 6 grandchildren.  She worked in the Stillwater Public School system for 35 years in the Business/Finance areas and has listed/sold real estate since 1976.  Due to her honesty, integrity and diligent care of customers she has created valuable relationships and lifelong friendships.  For fun this busy lady likes to travel & attend the school/athletic functions of her grandchildren.  Stop by and visit Delphine at her new office.

   

 

Jack Allred 

Artistic, loads of real estate expertise & a love of Stillwater describe Jack Allred, the newest member of the TEAM. He is a native of Stillwater and graduate of Oklahoma State University.  Jack has been active in the real estate market for over 30 years and owned/operated his own real estate company for the past 7 years prior to joining the TEAM.  Jack is a talented artist and a member of several boards in the community.  He has served as President of the Board of Realtors, Stillwater Art Guild and the Stillwater Antique & Classic Car Club.
